The conference covered the following topics: (1 Classical and Quantum Information Theory (2: Quantum Communication Gate on Fock Space (3 Quantum Teleportation, Process of Recognition (4: White Noise Theory (5 Infinite Dimensional Stochastic Analysis Interacting Fock Space obtained from Graphs (7; Financial Mathematics (8 Nonlinear Diffusion Equations This volume contains the papers of invited lectures and contributed talks at this conference. All papers to the volume have been refereed. The editors are grateful to the referees for their efficient help. This conference was supported by the Research Project "Quantum Information Theoretical Approach to Life Science" for the Academic Frontier in Science promoted by the Ministry of Education in Japan and was also supported by Meijo University.
