Plant virus is often referred to as Āplant cancerā which is considered to be a serious threat to agricultural production. For example, the breakout of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) could cause billion dollars of agricultural loss world-wide. Viruses such as the genus Tospovirus of the family Bunyaviridae and the genus Begonovirus of family Geminiviridae are also destructive to vegetable plantation. Since
