Janet Seden is Senior Lecturer in the School of Health and Social Welfare at The Open University where she chairs the course Managing Care and is also a member of the Social Work team. She has worked as probation officer, children and families field social worker and social worker/manager in a family centre. She has experience as a practising counsellor, trainer and supervisor.
