This year-1995sees the 50th anniversary of the discovery of NMR spectroscopy, and it is almost 30 years since the appearance of the first volume of Annual Reports on N M R Spectroscopy, during which time a large and diverse collection of topics have been covered. The contents of Volume 32 of this series are no exception, and consist of reviews covering four, clearly distinct, areas of science.
