The Internet is a powerful tool for sharing information. It is also a way for people to communicate with one another. E-mail, chat rooms, and instant messaging help people stay in touch. People use the Internet for practical purposes, too. Some shop or bank online every day. Others order books, movie tickets, or almost anything you can imagine online. The Internet is extensive. So, finding the information you need is like going on a treasure hunt. Luckily, there are tools to guide you in your search. One of these tools is the World Wide Web. The Web helps people find information on the Net. It is proof that with the right tools and skills, you can locate almost anything on the Internet.
